Frequently Asked Questions

Is a deposit required to book a session?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service price.

 

When is the full payment due?

All services must be paid in full at the start of the session.

 

What happens if I’m late?

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be added to your final amount unless prior communication has occurred. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions.

 

Can I extend my session if I’m late?

If you want to retain your full session time, an additional $65 fee will be charged on top of the existing late fee. This is at the service provider’s discretion and depends on location availability. Otherwise, your session will end at the scheduled time.

 

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If the service provider cannot accommodate your new requested date, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance but will forfeit your deposit.

 

What happens if I don’t show up?

No-shows will be banned from future bookings.

 

Is there a travel fee for certain locations?

Yes, for locations more than 25 miles from our headquarters, a $70 travel fee applies. The service provider will inform you of this when confirming the location and appointment.

 

How do outfit changes work?

If you have multiple outfit changes, it’s recommended that you book additional time. Please arrive hair and makeup ready.

 

What if I choose a specific location?

If you select a location, please send photos and dimensions at least 72 hours in advance, if possible. This ensures the service provider can prepare the necessary equipment.

 

Can I bring props or request a theme?

Yes, but you must provide your own props. The service provider will offer backdrop options and can assist in obtaining a specific style if discussed in advance.

 

1Can I bring someone with me?

Please refrain from bringing extra people. If you must bring a friend, assistant, or stylist, notify the service provider at the time of booking.

 

Can my session be canceled by the service provider?

The service provider reserves the right to cancel or end sessions early if the client exhibits sickness, verbal/physical disrespect, or emotional instability.

 

When will I receive my photos?

Clients will receive watermarked, unedited image proofs within 24 hours. After final selections are made, the editing turnaround time is 5-7 business days. A rush fee applies for a 3-day turnaround.

 

Can I purchase unedited images?

Yes, unedited images can be purchased for $10 per photo.

 

Can I request additional edited photos?

Yes, additional edited photos can be purchased for $25 per photo.
